My dear friend, Roberta, commissioned me to paint a picture of her mother’s cats for her mother’s Christmas present. She brought over several pictures of these two lovely, Siamese cats. My first attempt was awful. They looked like cats from outer space. I rushed to the library and got several books on how to paint a cat. They were of tremendous help. Roberta, her mother and I were all pleased with the result.
